Ganadores Oscar 2014

Lista de ganadores en la 86° edición de los Academy Awards, en donde la película Gravity fue la gran ganadora de la noche al llevarse 7 de los 10 premios en los que estaba nominada.

El director mexicano Alfonso Cuarón se convirtió en el primer latinoamericano en ganar el premio como Mejor Director.

TNT transmite los Film Independent Spirit Awards 2014

En la antesala de la entrega de los Oscar, el sábado 1 de marzo, TNT transmitirá desde Santa Mónica una nueva edición de los Film Independent Spirit Awards, la única premiación que distingue al cine más arriesgado y desprejuiciado de la industria. A las 9pm en vivo y en exclusiva para toda Latinoamérica.

La ceremonia, que será conducida por el actor Patton Oswalt (Ratatouille, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty), celebra a aquellos directores, actores, guionistas y técnicos que convierten la limitación de recursos en el motor de su creatividad e ingenio.

La cinta 12 Years a Slave, de Steve McQueen, lidera la lista de nominados de esta vigésima novena edición con siete postulaciones, incluyendo el rubro Mejor Película, del que también participan All is Lost, Frances Ha, Inside Llewyn Davis y Nebraska.

Organizados por Film Independent, una institución sin fines de lucro dedicada a la difusión y al desarrollo de un cine que preserve los valores asociados al espíritu de la independencia, los Film Independent Spirit Awards se remontan al año 1986, y por historia y prestigio se han constituido en una verdadera antesala de los Oscar.

Los conceptos que guían las elecciones de los votantes son la singularidad de la visión de cada obra; la originalidad del abordaje y el interés del tema tratado; la economía de recursos y el porcentaje de financiación a través de fuentes independientes.

Nominados People’s Choice Awards 2014

El 8 de enero Warner Channel transmitirá EN VIVO y en exclusiva para la TV cable en Latinoamérica una nueva edición de los People’s Choice Awards. A manera de anticipo y con las presencias de Kat Dennings y Beth Behrs (2 Broke Girls), Allison Janney (Mom), Rachel Bilson (Heart of Dixie), Darren Criss (Glee) y la cantante Ciara, en el día de ayer se anunciaron en Los Angeles los nominados en las distintas categorías.

Este año se incluyen nuevos rubros, como Dúo favorito (cine), Película familiar favorita (cine), Película de terror favorita (cine), Thriller favorito (cine), Anti-héro favorito (TV) y Romance favorito (TV), entre otros.

Los People’s Choice Awards se realizan desde 1975 y permite al público elegir cada año a sus favoritos en distintas categorías del cine, televisión abierta, televisión por cable y música de los Estados Unidos.

Film Independent Spirit Awards 2013

La noche anterior a la entrega de los Oscar, se celebran en Santa Mónica los Film Independent Spirit Awards, la única premiación que distingue al cine más arriesgado y desprejuiciado de la industria. Como hace cinco años I.Sat se enorgullece en trasmitir esta ceremonia, el sábado 23 de febrero a las / 9p.m. en vivo y en exclusiva para toda Latinoamérica.

Este galardón, que en esta edición será conducido por el actor Andy Samberg (Saturday Night Live), distingue a aquellos directores, actores, guionistas y técnicos que no necesitan presupuestos millonarios para sus películas, a todos aquellos artistas del cine que convierten la limitación de recursos en la llama que aviva la creatividad y el ingenio. Entre los nominados de esta vigésima octava edición se encuentran Moonrise Kingdom de Wes Anderson, Bernie de Richard Linklater y Keep The Lights On de Ira Sachs, entre muchas otras películas y realizadores dignos de admiración.

People’s Choice Awards 2013: Nominados y Ganadores

Nuevamente, Warner Channel transmitirá EN VIVO y en exclusiva para la TV cable en Latinoamérica la 39na edición de los People’s Choice Awards. La cita será el miércoles 9 de enero a partir de las 8p.m. Al igual que en 2012, la ceremonia se realizará en el Nokia Theatre de Los Angeles y contará por segundo año consecutivo con la conducción de Kaley Cuoco, protagonista de The Big Bang Theory.

Los People’s Choice Awards se realizan desde 1975 y permite al público elegir cada año a sus favoritos en distintas categorías del cine, televisión abierta, televisión por cable y música de los Estados Unidos.

Transmisión de la 10ma entrega de los Video Games Awards por TNT

El lunes 3 de enero en punto de las 11:00PM, TNT llevará a las pantallas de Latinoamérica, la 10ma entrega de los Video Games Awards (VGA) para todos los fanáticos de los videojuegos.

Además de reconocer a lo mejor de los videojuegos y juegos por computadora, los VGA tendrán presentaciones musicales y la aparición de estrellas del cine y la televisión. Samuel L. Jackson regresa como conductor tras haber repetido en tres ocasiones esta divertida labor (2005-2007). Entre los invitados a esta fantástica entrega de reconocimientos están el legendario diseñador de videojuegos Hideo Kojima, quien revelará la verdad acerca del “Metal Gear Solid: Rising” con un espectacular anuncio de un proyecto nuevo del estudio BioWare, creadores del juego más esperado del “Mass Effect 3” y el regreso de Alan Wake para Xbox en una nueva aventura.

Entre las 25 categorías que se reconocen están: Mejor Juego de deportes individual y en equipo, Mejor canción en un videojuego, Mejor Juego para computadora, Mejor juego del 2012 y Mejor juego de acción y aventura, entre otras.

Así que para todos los Gamers fanáticos de los videojuegos, la cita es por TNT el lunes 3 de enero a las 11:00PM. Con repetición el domingo 9 a las 5.40PM.

TNT transmitirá los BRIT Awards 2012 el 22 de marzo

El jueves 22 de marzo a las 8pm TNT transmitirá los BRIT Awards 2012, premios celebrados el pasado 21 de febrero. Por tercera ocasión el anfitrión de la noche fue el comediante James Corden.

Las dos categorías más esperadas fueron las de “Mejor solista masculino británico”, en la que compitieron Ed Sheeran (suma otras tres nominaciones), James Blake, James Morrison (ganador en 2007), Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds y Professor Green; y la de “Mejor solista femenina británica”, una terna sin debutantes que se disputarán Adele (ya ganó un BRIT en 2008 y fue la máxima ganadora del Grammy 2012), Florence & The Machine (ganadora en 2009), Jessie J (ganadora en 2011), Kate Bush (ganadora en 1987) y Laura Marling (ganadora en 2011).

Entre los premios principales, la agrupación Blur fue distinguida por su contribución a la música. A lo largo de su carrera, los liderados por Damon Albarn han sido nominados unas quince ocasiones a los BRIT Awards, y con la entrega de este premio, sin dudas será una noche muy especial para ellos.

El evento contó con las presentaciones vivo de varios artistas sobre el escenario del O2 Arena, y entre ellos se destacan Coldplay, Adele, Blur, Noel Gallagher, Florence & The Machine, Ed Sheeran, Rihanna, Bruno Mars y Olly Murs.

Video Games Awards 2011 en TNT

TNT transmitirá la 9na entrega de los Video Games Awards (VGA) El sábado 21 de enero a la medianoche (12.15a.m. del domingo 22).

Zachary Levi, el protagonista de la serie Chuck, será el maestro de ceremonias. Levi es un confeso adicto a los juegos, y ha participado con su voz en productos como «Fallout: New Vegas» y «Halo: Reach». El show contará además con las actuaciones en vivo de The Black Keys, interpretando el hit “Lonely Boy”, y de deadmau5, en una performance electrizante.

Además de reconocer a lo mejor de los videojuegos y juegos por computadora, la ceremonia de los VGA ofrece la aparición de estrellas del cine, la televisión y el deporte. Entre los invitados especiales, se pueden mencionar la leyenda del diseño de juegos Hideo Kojima, quien revelará los secretos de «Metal Gear Solid: Rising»; Brooklyn Decker, top model de Sports Illustrated y estrella del juego «Battleship»; el actor Seth Green, de Family Guy y voz en “Mass Efect”; los protagonistas de Workaholics, Blake Anderson, Adam Devine y Anders Holm; el rapero LL Cool J; los actores Jason Biggs y Seann William Scott (protagonistas de American Reunion) y los jugadores de fútbol americano Joe Montana y Jerry Rice.

También se anunciará el nuevo proyecto a cargo del estudio BioWare, creadores de “Mass Effect 3” -nominado como el juego más esperado del año-.
